Weather: Maximum temperature touches 50°C in UAE

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf.
Residents are unlikely to get any respite from the heat any time soon.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) had predicted hot and fair weather for the UAE today.
Meanwhile, the maximum temperature in the country stood at 50.8 degree Celsius recorded at Mezaira.

Light to moderate winds will blow freshening at times by noon and may cause blowing of dust over some exposed areas.
The relative humidity will increase over the eastern coasts during the night and early morning and fog/ mist may form, NCM added.
The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman sea.
