Cloud seeding operations caused rain in parts of UAE on Thursday, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said.
In a series of tweets, the NCM said that light rain over Abu Dhabi, Dubai Sharjah, Fujairah, and Ajman were caused by the Met's cloud seeding operations.

Videos from @storm_centre show light showers and wet roads in the three emirates.
Earlier, the NCM forecast unstable weather conditions as a result of the presence of an upper air trough from the west, accompanied by a cold air mass accompanied with a surface trough from the Red Sea, associated rainfall of different intensity with intervals over scattered areas of the country.
