Video: Rain hits parts of UAE over the weekend

Light rain was reported in Umm Al Quwain and RAK last night.

Moderate rainfall hit parts of UAE on Saturday evening according to latest updates from the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS). 
In a series of tweets, the NCM advised UAE residents regarding moderate rain in the areas of Sila and Al Ghuwaifat. They also posted a short clip of the drizzle.

Earlier, the National Center of Meteorology says the amount of clouds will increase gradually especially by night over the coasts, islands and some Northern areas.

Slight rain was reported yesterday night in Ras Al Khaimah so residents in other parts of the emirates can be hopeful of some light showers.

Light rain was reported in Umm Al Quwain and Al Mamazar in Dubai last night. 
NCM had shared notification about towering clouds forming in UAE, leading to rainfall.
