Motorists are advised to take precautions on the roads and follow traffic rules following the formation of fog and mist in parts of the UAE today.
In a statement, the National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) said that visibility could be less than 1,000 metres at times over some coastal and internal areas of the country.

Sharing today's weather report, the NCM said: "The weather forecast for today is fair to partly cloudy over some eastern areas with light to moderate winds in general."
The NCMS said the humidity will increase by late night and early morning over some internal and coastal areas with a chance of fog or mist formation.
The lowest temperature recorded over the country today morning was 18.2°C in Jais Mountain at 5:30am.
According to the NCM, the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 - 42°C against Wednesday's maximum, which settled at 44.1°C in Al Jazeera at 3pm.
The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, and in Oman sea.
