UAE weather: Partly cloudy start to the weekend in store

Dubai - NCM says the mercury will hit 47°C in internal areas, with light breezes also predicted.

It will be a partly cloudy day in the UAE on Friday, with the mercury rising to 47 degrees in internal areas.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) says there will be light to moderate winds, freshening at times during daytime.
The sea will be slight to moderate, becoming rough at times northward by late evening in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in Oman Sea.
