UAE weather: Near-freezing temperature in parts of the country on Sunday

The weather in UAE will continue to be cold on Sunday with near-freezing temperature in parts of the country, according to the national Met department (NCM).

The weather forecast for today is fair to partly cloudy in general. It will be cold by night and early morning especially over internal and mountain areas.
The temperature dipped to "2°C below zero" at 5.15am on Saturday. The sub-zero temperature was recorded in Al Ain's Raknah.
