Wednesday will be another hot and humid day in the UAE, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) says, with highs of 43 degrees forecast in Dubai.
The NCM is forecasting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but predicted a chance of some fog and mist forming by night and into Thursday morning.
Weather conditions in Dubai will be mostly clear and sunny with a moderate breeze, with the mercury hitting 43 degrees shortly after midday.
Winds of up to 23 kilometres an hour could cause blowing dust and sand during the day, the NCM says.
The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of mostly clear skies and breezes.
Temperatures are predicted to be slightly cooler than in Dubai, with highs of 40 degrees in the afternoon, with lighter winds of around kmph.
The weather bureau said humidity will increase by night.
Night-time temperatures could fall to around 30 degrees in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on Wednesday night and in the early hours of Thursday morning.
