It is going to be a hot and humid day in the UAE today, the National Center of Meteorology(NCM) has said. Fog covered some parts of the country on Tuesday morning.

Some clouds will appear over eastern mountains by the afternoon and maybe convective, the weather department added. The relative humidity will increase by night and early morning.
The maximum temperature recorded in the country stood at 49.1°C at Mezaira on Sunday.
NCM, has also called on motorists to take all the precautions because of the chance of fog/mist formation and poor horizontal visibility. In a statement, the centre said that visibility is expected to be less than 1,000 meters at times over some coastal and internal areas.
It is also expected that conditions will be slight to moderate at times in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
The NCM has also issued a five-day weather forecast from Tuesday until Saturday.
