The National Centre of Meteorology, NCM, has warned sea-vessels in the offshore Arabian Gulf due to relatively fresh Northwesterly winds.
The centre added that high waves are expected to be between 4 to 6 ft and peaking up to 8 ft until 04:00 AM Tuesday morning.
Providing today's weather update, the weather department said the day will be fair to partly cloudy in general.

The amount of clouds will increase at times over island and some coastal areas and this will be accompanied with a drop in temperature.
The relative humidity is likely to increase during the night and early morning over internal areas with a probability of fog/mist formation.
In the early morning hours, the NCM reported about fog over Khalifa College in Al Ain, Al Ain international airport and Das Al Khaimah International airport and Al Minhad.
