Sand storm hit parts of the UAE on Tuesday morning, reducing visibility at several places.
National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reported blowing of dust over Sweihen, Al Minhand and parts of Abu Dhabi. The storm also hit Dubai and its adjoining areas.

Light rain was also reported in some areas of the country.
The centre added that dusty weather is likely to reduce visibility to less than 2000 m at times over scattered areas of the country because of convective clouds formation, which may be associated with rainfall.
The weather shall be partly cloudy with increase in the temperature.
"The amount of clouds will increase over scattered areas, becoming convective and rainy at times," NCM added.
"The relative humidity is likely to increase by night and early morning over some coastal areas."

The sea will be moderate to rough at times in case of cloud activity in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in  the Oman sea.
