Rainy conditions to continue, waves up to 7ft high hit UAE

It is a pleasant day in UAE for residents to step out. The day will be partly cloudy in general with a slight rise in temperature. The amount of clouds will increase over scattered areas with chances of rainfall, said National Centre of Meteorology.
The NCM warned about fresh winds and rough sea at times with wave reaching a height of 5 to 7 feet offshore between 6.30 am to 6pm into the evening today. 

The relative humidity is likely to increase by night and early morning over some coastal areas.  NCM posted a notification about moderate rain over Dalma. 
There is a chance of convective clouds associated with rainfall and fresh winds in UAE today.    
Cloudy weather and blowing dust is affecting the visibility on Dubai roads on Thursday.
Adding to that, light to moderate rainfall has been reported in various parts of the UAE today.
Videos of rain in the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain were shared on social media. Cloudy weather continues to persist across the country.

The NCM shared notification about moderate rainfall in other parts of UAE as well.  
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain and Umm Al Quwain saw light showers early this morning.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said there will be cloudy skies on Friday and Saturday, with rain expected over the northern emirates and in the west over the weekend.
"The amount of clouds will increase over scattered areas of the country, with a chance of light rain mainly over western coasts, islands and some of the eastern area,"NCMsaid.
There will be moderate to fresh winds at times, especially over the sea and exposed areas causing blowing dust at times. The relative humidity is likely to increase by night and early morning over some coastal areas.
The sea will be  moderate to rough at times, especially with clouds activity in the Arabia Gulf and the Oman Sea.
In a statement, NCM said that the wave height is expected to be between 5 to 7 feet until 6 pm today.
