UAE: Smart hub service to stop from November 15
Dubai - Members of public urged to register and upgrade their accounts on the digital ID system.

The authorities have informed members of the public that that logging on to the smart platform using the smart hub will stop from November 15, 2020 and to use UAE PASS.
According to a tweet posted on the official Al Ain City Municipality handle, the public have been asked not to log on to smart platforms, and to register and upgrade their accounts on the digital ID system.
The UAE PASS is a single digital signature that can be used to access more than 5,000 government services in the UAE.
