Overcast conditions persisted this morning, with more rains forecast today and the next two days.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported rains over Abu Dhabi's Al Dafra, Dubai's Hatta and some parts of Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah on Wednesday night.
In the early hours of today morning, rains were reported in Al Dhafra and Al Ain.
