As a part of the ongoing Year of Tolerance initiative, Heartfulness, a Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation Initiative is all set to host a meditation and relaxation wellness fest on November 16 at Hall 8, Dubai World Trade Centre.
Renowned holistic lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho will deliver the keynote address. Nargish Khambatta, principal and CEO of GEMS Modern Academy will be attending the event.
 
The one-day event will seek to demonstrate the correlation between Meditation, Health, and Wellness. The event is supported by Consulate General of India in Dubai.
Coutinho will speak on 'Relevance of meditation to a holistic living'. Following the keynote, floor will be open for experiencing a meditation and relaxation session. The fest is expected to host over 4000 participants from around the UAE.
Commenting on the Dhyanotsav Wellness Fest, Sanjay Meherish- Heartfulness Regional Director - MENA Region said "Heartfulness is a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science into a daily practice that can transform a person from the inside out. The techniques are simple and effective. They connect heart and mind, enabling a person to live in balance, harmoniously integrating the spiritual and material aspects of life."
