Major-General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdulla Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of the Ajman Police, said the department has achieved the strategic objectives of the UAE’s Ministry of Interior regarding provision of high-quality services and obtaining maximum public satisfaction.
This came as he undertook a virtual tour of the various wings of the department, its branches and offices to ascertain the quality of services that were being provided to the public.
He attributed smart technology to the significant reduction in the waiting time to avail services for the public. He said that the efficiency quotient increased because of the technological breakthrough.
The public’s satisfaction could be gauged from the fact that customers’ attendance to service centres reduced by 29.4 per cent, coupled with an increase in demand for smart services by 22 per cent, he added.
