Use voice commands to pay your Dubai traffic fines

Dubai - The 24/7 feature will save the time and efforts of customers.

You can now avail of police services using voice commands via the Dubai Police app. The voice commands are received and processed by an artificial intelligence system.
The first phase of the 'Amna' service - which was announced during the Gitex Technology Week - lets residents access services related to payment of fines.
Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razzouqi, director-general of smart services at the Dubai Police, said the 24/7 feature will save the time and efforts of customers.
Ahmed Qaed, director of technical projects at the general department of smart services, said customers can avail of services by just giving voice commands using the police app.
"For example, if the applicant wants to obtain a criminal case search service, he can submit his identity number and personal information to the service and complete all the procedures in voice commands," said Qaed.
