Morning traffic: Accident clogs Dubai-Sharjah road
Dubai - Motorists are advised to drive carefully.
With the weekend around the corner, the usual morning traffic congestion was observed on Dubai-Sharjah roads on Wednesday.
According to Google Maps, traffic had clogged all main routes connecting the two emirates, including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, E11, sections of D62 and D64.
Slow moving traffic was also reported around Dubai Silicon Oasis due to an accident - on the E66 and E311 intersection.
Dubai Police took to Twitter to report an accident on SMBZ road opposite Al Qusais Cemetery - a possible cause for the huge tailbacks on the road.
