Huge tailbacks on Dubai-Sharjah roads, RTA issues advisory

Dubai - With more rain expected today, drive carefully.

With Monday showers clogging roads around the country, including key Dubai-Sharjah highways, traffic congestion and tailbacks were reported on key highways.
According to Google Maps, huge tailbacks observed on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and E11.
Roads and Transport Authority (Dubai) had issued an advisory Monday night about water logging on SMBZ road, advising motorists to take alternative routes.

Slow moving traffic, accompanied by the usual school traffic, was observed on almost all Sharjah roads leading to Dubai.
