A car-camel collision in UAE resulted in the death of the animal while the driver survived.
An Emirati motorist rammed into a camel while driving on Ras Al Khaimah's Al Dakdaka road on Saturday, according to local media reports.
Al Khaleej newspaper reported on Sunday that while the man survived the accidents, the camel was not as fortunate and died in the horrific crash that damaged the front of the SUV.

With stray animals seen wandering on the roads of Ras Al Khaimah, and blamed, especially camels, for terrible traffic accidents, the people here voiced their concerns and urged the authorities to take action in recent years.
In 2017, two people, including a 28-year-old Emirati young man, and a 32-year-old Comoros resident were killed, and a third was seriously injured, after the car they were travelling in rammed into four stray camels - which also died on the spot.
Rashid bin Aziz, a friend of the Emirati motorist, said that while driving on the road, the young Emirati couldn't avoid the camel and (unfortunately) hit it.
"He has to pay for fixing his car, despite the collision not being his fault - the owner of the camel should compensate the driver for the damages instead, he added.
Rashid claimed that camel owners cut fences alongside highways - to make it easier for their animals to cross the street.
