Beware of Abu Dhabi's new high-tech patrol vehicle

Abu Dhabi - Launched as part of the UAE month of Innovation initiative.

Abu Dhabi police added a new light-vehicle smart patrol to curb criminal activities in the capital - the specialized quad bike will be used for chasing wanted vehicles trying to escape in rough terrains such as sandy or remote areas or between farms and agricultural areas.
In a statement issued on the force's Instagram account, the police added that the new patrol vehicle is equipped with a digital smart camera integrated with an intuitive chip that automatically keeps updating stored information.
Additionally, Abu Dhabi police explained that the new patrol is one of the new innovations by the police as part of the UAE month of Innovation initiative.
