After Federal government service centres, Dubai is all set to list its worst and best service centres.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, took to social media on Sunday to announce that under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, three best and worst government (customer happiness) service centres will be announced at the beginning of each year.

The first lists will be announced on January 18, 2020.


He added that they are committed to full transparency in announcing these results.

'We expect Customer Happiness to be treated as a priority as the goal is to serve and satisfy every customer of government services in the emirate.'

'I will personally monitor Dubai's drive to boost the quality of services. I expect a lot of teams to achieve unprecedented success. All entities must realize that we all work under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed, who only recognises excellence and being No. 1,' he concluded.
