A new committee was formed to maintain stability and balance between supply and demand in the real estate market.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said that the committee will be headed by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and other important developers in the sector.

On his official Twitter account, Sheikh Mohammed added that the committee will ensure that the real estate quasi-governmental companies don't compete with the investors in the private sector.
He said that the committee will lay out a strategic plan for all major real estate projects in Dubai for the next 10 years.
