The Dubai government's human resources department has announced a four-day holiday for Eid Al Adha and Arafat for the public sector.
The authority said the break will be from Thursday, July 30, to Sunday, August 2, with work resuming on August 3.

The department congratulated The President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and the people of UAE on this occasion.
Last year, the UAE Cabinet had announced that both public and private sectors would have the same number of official holidays.
