The little doves that hatched on the Dubai Crown Prince's Mercedes SUV had finally flapped their wings - and flew away with the rest of their family.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, on Tuesday shared another series of video clips, chronicling the family of doves' nesting days on his SUV.

Since early August, Sheikh Hamdan had kept his vehicle parked and cordoned off because the birds started building a nest on its windshield. Then, a couple of weeks ago, he captured the fluffy chicks hatching out.

The nesting story continued on Tuesday, with his Instagram clips showing the mother dove feeding its squabs and the little ones growing up fast.

The snippets of tender moments were capped with a dramatic scene - a slow-motion sequence of the young bird taking its first flight.
