Indian engineer falls to death from UAE factory

The body has been shifted to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
A 40-year-old Indian engineer fell to his death from a factory in Sharjah's Al Dhaid area. Initial investigations have revealed that the deceased fell as he was performing his duties.
After the police were notified about the incident, patrols, paramedics and forensic experts were sent to the site. The team found that the engineer fell as he lost balance while supervising some workers at the site. He was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to the injuries.
The body has been shifted to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
The police and Al Dhaid Municipality are investigating whether the incident occurred due to negligence at the site.
