Employers who recruit Emirati job seekers will benefit from a package of exclusive benefits, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has said.
The privileged package includes reduced fees on labour permits and priority when obtaining services of the ministry.
Nasser Al Hamli, undersecretary of the Ministry of Human resources and Emiratisation, called upon employers to make optimal use of the privileges and help the Emiratis get stable jobs in the private sector.
The ministry also launched 'Emiratisation Partners Club' to accelerate the localisation programme in the private sector.
The employers can access the details of the club and the registration process on the ministry website: www.mohre.gov.ae.
Al Hamli pointed out that the membership to such a club is offered to private establishments operating in the economic sector.
The membership has three types - platinum, gold and silver - which will be given on the basis of the points earned through their innovative recruitment process, training, and commitment of the higher management and the work milieu at the workplace.
As per the type of its membership, the members of the club are classified as 'Category A, B & C'.
The fee for each category is different as per the ministry norms. While 'Category A' pays Dh300 for a labour card; Category B level 1 pays Dh600, level 2 pays Dh1,500, and level 3 pays Dh2000. However, those establishments listed in Category C pays Dh5,000 for a labour permit.
Another privilege offer for the members of the club is 'the red carpet'. This offers a pack of services to the members, which includes the fast track option for the companies to get their services done on a priority basis.
