The virtual event will be held on the RTA website on November 1.

Two million Nol points are awaiting the winners of a virtual game rolled out by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on its website as part of 11th Public Transport Day.

‘Hunt for the Virtual Treasure’ is a virtual game, which enables users to search for ‘gold coins’ available in various modes of public transport. Seven commuters collecting the highest number of points will get fabulous prizes ," said Rowdah Al Mehrizi, director of marketing and corporate communication, corporate administrative support services sector, RTA.

The virtual event will be held on the RTA website on November 1.

"The first winner will get one million Nol Plus loyalty points. The runner-up will get half a million points and the third-place finisher will have a quarter of a million points credited to his or her Nol card. The fourth winner will get 100,000 points, and the remaining three winners will get 50,000 points each," explained Al Mehrizi.

Encouraging people to use public transport is our ultimate objective, she added.
