A young man died after his car flipped over in Sharjah on Thursday.
The 24-year-old Emirati youth had been driving his car in Maleiha road from Kalba headed in the direction of Sharjah, as per Emarat Al Youm report.
Police received a notification regarding the incident. Patrols from Soyouh police station and ambulance vehicles were dispatched to the scene.
The young man had sustained fractures, broken bones, and internal bleeding in the brain.
He was transported to Al Qasimi hospital, where doctors attempted to revive him but to no avail.
Last week, two Emirati youths, one of whom was also 24 years old, died in different road accidents in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
All drivers are urged to be extra cautious and remain attentive on the road, and never ever take a U-turn or enter a road unless they make sure that it is clear.
Observing speed limit on internal roads and highways is also critical. Over speeding has been blamed in many deadly accidents.
