Dubai chef exposes himself to colleague, tries to show her porn clip

Dubai - The accused denied the charge during investigation.

A man has been charged at the Dubai Court of First Instance for allegedly sexually harassing a colleague while in his car late at night.
According to public prosecution records, the 34-year-old Tunisian chef was in the parking lot outside the restaurant - where they both worked - when he touched the Filipina's hand and exposed himself in front of her. He also tried to show her a porn clip.
The incident took place on April 18 and a complaint was filed at Al Rashidiya police station.
The 30-year-old complainant, a cashier, said she was on the job at 1am at the restaurant when the accused called to request her to bring him juice as he waited down the building. "I told him I was busy but he insisted. However, I went to hand him over the juice, when he exposed himself with one hand while watching an indecent clip on his phone."
She yelled at him to stop as he tried to show it to her and grab her hand. She returned to work and told the supervisor about him.
The defendant's mobile phone was seized and was found to store many lewd pictures as well as video clips, which is consistent with the complainant's accusations, according to a report from the general directorate of criminal evidence and criminology.
The accused denied the charge during investigation. But he admitted they were together late that night and had a quarrel.
The court will issue a ruling on September 30.
