60-year-old man denies molesting girl 'like his daughter' at Abu Dhabi playground

A man in his sixties has been accused of molesting a young girl in Abu Dhabi.
The Arab man had been visiting Abu Dhabi for ten days and was staying at a hotel. 
While walking around the lobby, the girl came to him and asked him to take her to the play area, as per Emarat Al Youm report. 
He took her because of his fatherly feelings towards her, claiming that she was the same age as his daughters. 
The man denied the charge and argued that he was too old to commit such acts in addition to him being ill. 
He asked that the prosecution check the CCTV footage of the hotel area to ascertain his innocence. 
The girl's father submitted a civil rights claim for temporary civil compensation.
