Villa owner calls police on intruder, gets slapped in Dubai

Dubai - He was behaving in an abnormal manner.

A man who broke into a home in Dubai, slept in its garden, then attacked its owner has been referred to court.
The unemployed individual had apparently snuck into the villa gate but was in an abnormal state, as per 24.ae. 
When he saw the man, the villa owner reported him to the police. 
He was shaken awake but immediately tried to enter the villa. The villa owner was alarmed and tried to stop him, but the intruder slapped him across the face. 
The man also tried to attack the police with a candlestick. Police officers confirmed he continued to act in an abnormal manner until he was subdued and taken to the station.
Public prosecutors accused him of attacking another person, and demanded he be jailed and then deported for his actions.
