7-member gang arrested for stealing livestock in UAE

Abu Dhabi - The case has been submitted to authorities for legal recourse.

A seven-member gang involved in cattle thefts was arrested by the Abu Dhabi Police in Al Ain, it has been reported.
Colonel Mubarak Saif Al Sabousi, Director of Al Ain Police Directorate in the Criminal Security Sector, said that the Asian gang used to monitor the farms, and stole cattle when the farmers were away.
The case has been submitted to authorities for legal recourse.
The Abu Dhabi Police cautioned on its Instagram account that all personal properties should be properly secured to avoid such incidents of thefts. It urged the public to call 999 for help if such cases are detected.
