As 2017 comes to a close today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has an uplifting New Year message for the people of UAE.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, the Ruler tweeted:
