With no showers in the city in the past few days, UAE residents have no respite from the heat in UAE.
The mercury continues to soar and today's temperature could reach 49°C, according to the weather department.
The temperature currently is 35°C but it could feel like 521C by afternoon, according to worldweatheronline.com. The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over coastal areas.

According to the weather update by National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, the day will be 'hot to very hot', hazy and partly cloudy at times. The amount of clouds will increase over some eastern areas and may be associated with rainfall.

Motorists need to be careful about blowing dust compromising the visibility on the road.
Sea will be slight to moderate in Arabian Gulf & Moderate in Oman Sea becoming rough at times northward.
