Car caught speeding at over 210kmph in UAE before Iftar
Sharjah - Another driver was caught speeding at 231.6kmph before Suhoor time.
The warning comes after the speed radars caught several vehicles speeding around Iftar time.
Maj. Gen. Abdulrahman Mohammed Khater, Director of Traffic Awareness at Sharjah Police, asked drivers to be especially careful when driving in the internal roads, which are usually crowded with pedestrians, and worshippers making their way to mosques.
Two case of speeding that stood out were that of car that was captured driving at 231.6kmph before Suhoor time, while another was caught travelling at 214.7kmph just before Iftar.
