According to police officials, the operations room received a call at 2:45 pm about the accident and an ambulance team with patrols and traffic experts rushed to the site. However, the toddler - identified as Saeed -who was enrolled at a nursery nearby, had already died. The body was taken to the Al Dhaid Hospital morgue.
