Haj pilgrims can submit complaints

ABU DHABI — People who went for Haj this year have been asked the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Auqaf (GAIAA) to submit their complaints, if any, regarding non-compliance of standards and services by Haj operators.

“They can fax their grievances to 02-6213068 or submit them directly to the GAIAA head office in Abu Dhabi or its branches in other emirates,” according to GAIAA Deputy Director-General Mohammed Obeid Al Mazrouei, who was also Chairman of the UAE official Haj mission.
