Book driving test appointments Online
The Licensing Agency, Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), has recently launched a new electronic service targeting learners at driving schools in Dubai enabling them to book driving test appointments online.
Explaining the new service, Hussain Al Saffar, Director of Drivers Training and Qualification in the Agency, said: “The Licensing Agency is constantly seeking to enhance the e-service offering in keeping with our annual plans and aspirations to improve customer service experience in a bid to attain customers satisfaction and address their different needs at top-class standards.
The booking for the theoretical & knowledge tests as well as the road driving test can now be made online. Customers can also continue to book appointments for these tests through contacting RTA Call Center by dialing the toll-free number 800 9090 or visiting RTA website (www.rta.ae).
To complete the online booking, the customer can log in RTA website and select Licensing Services in order to access the Online Booking of the Driving Test. New users will need to open an online account with the RTA before embarking on the booking process.
“The RTA is endeavouring to deliver a variety of services capable of easing transaction processing for customers who are the backbone of the success of all initiatives aimed to conserve the resources,” Al Saffar added.
