Residents who noticed the change in the morning took to Twitter to share their delight.

The hashtag #EmiratisAreTheHappiestArabPeople* in Arabic has been trending on Twitter since last night. Happiness is a journey that Sheikh Zayed began, residents wrote on Twitter and expressed their gratitude.
