A taxi driver has been hailed across social media for his chivalrous behaviour towards a fellow Dubai resident.
An Emirati national, Ahmad Khalfan Al Sheryani, had parked his car along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
When he went to the Mawaqif parking metre, he discovered he had no change on him.
Al Sheryani saw a Dubai Taxi driver and asked him if he had coins in exchange for his paper money.
The man said he had no change, but instead went to his taxi, took out Dh2, and paid for a parking ticket.
He gave the Emirati the ticket and refused to take any compensation for his good deed.
A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
