The Emirati man who was on Sunday offered a job by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has praised the Dubai Ruler in a video.

Sheikh Mohammed on Sunday appointed Ali Al Mazroui as a social researcher in the Ministry of Community Development.

In the cabinet meeting that took place today morning, Sheikh Mohammed announced social assistance of Dh11 billion for weaker income groups for the next three years.

Al Mazroui, who was ridiculed during a live radio programme last week following his request for a decent home, had been invited to attend a UAE Cabinet meeting by the country's Vice-President.

"I'm greatly happy, honoured and grateful for what Sheikh Mohammed has provided to me. He gave me a home, goodness, and a job that gives me the opportunity to serve all of our people," Al Mazroui said.
