Lionel Messi's promise to 10-year-old known as 'Messi of UAE'

Dubai - The youth was shocked to meet his idol.

Photos of the legendary football player and star of the Argentinian team, Lionel Messi, meeting a young Emirati boy known for his prodigal talent as "Messi of UAE", have gone viral on social media. 
The 10-year-old Emirati boy, Hussain Yousuf, has made a name for himself playing for the Wasl team in UAE. He has been invited to Europe to undergo training at the expense of the Sporting CP club in Lisbon, Portugal.

Yousuf Anwer, the boy's father, said in a statement to Emarat Al Youm, "My son was so surprised to meet his idol. Messi on his part knew that he was meeting someone who has been named after him because of his abilities and superb style. 
"The football legend hugged my son and told him to continue his quest for greatness. He promised he would attend one of his games in future."
