Pakistan Association Dubai is hiring to fill a number of vacancies for its upcoming medical centre and the jobs are open for all nationalities.
The association will be hiring general practitioners, registered nurses, a receptionist, lab technician and radiographer for the Pakistan Medical Centre, which is slated to open on August 2019.
General Practitioners should have a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licence with at least two years of local experience while registered nurses should be licensed by DHA with 2-3 years of experience of managing clinics and day care services.
The receptionist should be a graduate with good interpersonal communication and computer skills. In addition, insurance protocols and experience is mandatory.
The lab technician should be equipped with 2-3 years of experience in dealing with hematology/biochemistry and willing to do multitasking with true ownership of all lab functions. Similarly, the radiographer should have a sound knowledge of FANR protocols and willing to do flexible hours.
Dr. Faisal Ikram, president of the Pakistan Association Dubai, said the jobs are open for all nationalities and 20 vacancies will be filled in the first phase.
"Hiring is open to any nationality for the not-for-profit medical centre. But most of the doctors and specialists at PMC will be volunteers. Pakistan Medical Centre is a model of tolerance. Just like we welcome patients of all nationalities, similarly jobs are open for all nationalities who are qualified and meet the merit," said Dr. Ikram.
He revealed that there will be more advertisements later for the jobs.
"We will keep adding more. We have obviously big number of volunteers."
Candidates interested in applying for the jobs can send their updated CVs and a cover letter to pmc@pad.ae. Those candidates who have already applied need not send their CVs again. Last date to submit CV is June 15, 2019.
Located in close proximity to Dubai Healthcare City in Oud Metha, the Pakistan Medical Centre is a platform for providing quality healthcare facilities to the residents of UAE, irrespective of their nationalities and health coverage status. Pakistan Medical Centre is a not-for-profit organization planning to start services in mid-August 2019.
