Famous musician to host free concert today in Dubai

Filipino music icons Bamboo and Barbie Almalbis will be live on stage at a free-to-attend concert at a mall in Dubai this Friday.
The musicians - who first gained fame back in the 90's will be performing for a one-night-only concert in Dubai's Dragon Mart 2 at 7.30pm.
Bamboo is a Filipino American musician and singer-songwriter who pursued a solo career and released his first solo album, 'No Water, No Moon.' Barbie was formerly the lead singer of the bands Hungry Young Poets and Barbie's Cradle, and pursued a solo career in 2005, before releasing her self-titled compilation album, 'Barbie: The Singles.'
Bamboo and Barbie will perform hits from their own albums - and take you down memory lane with their eclectic collection of rock and pop songs. Get ready to swoon to old favourites and sing along to contemporary tracks at Dragon Mart 2 this weekend.
