Four others to drive away a luxury vehicle each
After both parties were taken to Al Barsha police station, the actress told officers that the family attacked her as well. The police have charged both parties with assault.
A customer at the hotel filmed the incident on camera as the sisters allegedly attacked the family on June 29.
"I then told her it was inappropriate to yell like that in public, but she shifted to English and cursed us all," the tourist alleged.
He added that the actress accused his daughter of filming her as she was relaxing in her swimsuit while smoking. The tourist then told the actress that his daughter was taking photos of her 5-year-old brother at the playground of the restaurant. "I asked her why my daughter would film her if we had never met her before and did not know she was."
He said the actress revealed who she was before her sister and a third woman "attacked the family". "She bit my wife, then attacked my daughter and scratched her before snatching the phone out of her hand and breaking it.
"Her sister bit me in the shoulder, too," the tourist said.
Witnesses said they heard the actress screaming at the 11-year-old girl, calling her an animal. Unable to understand the actress' language, the girl started looking for her parents, who were was only 15 feet away.
After giving their testimonies to the police, the family headed to the American consulate, which referred them to legal consultant Hassan Elhais from Al Rowad Advocates.
The lawyer advised the family to head to the Rashid Hospital for medical check-ups. The medical reports showed the family sustained bite marks, scratches and bruises.
