Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, challenged Dubai residents on October 2 to do 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days - all in an effort to make Dubai the most active city worldwide.
