Ajman Police have taken strong exception to a video in which a young Jordanian girl is shown levelling false allegations against police personnel, while sounding warning against any insult directed towards its departments.
Police said they received an order from the court to hand over the girl - identified as Maha Ali Telal Mohammed - and her brother to their mother. The court gave the mother the right of her children's custody because their father had fled the country as he was wanted by police in a number of cases, the cops said.
Ajman Police stressed that they were only executing the order issued by the Sharia Court in Ajman.
Ajman Police have preserved the video - which has gone viral - in order to take legal action. It said it will never accept any kind of material that carries inappropriate phrases or words that harms or insults Ajman Police or one of its employees.
