Arada, the UAE's newest developer, has launched Nasma Residences, the company's first project in Sharjah focused on aspirational yet accessible living in an urban setting.
With an expected completion date for late 2018, residents and investors can now own their homes in a thoughtfully master-planned community of over 800 contemporary residential properties and a host of community facilities in the heart of a vibrant cultural and business hub.
Arada is a partnership enterprise jointly founded by KBW Investments chairman Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal and Basma Group chairman Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi.
Nasma Residences will offer a best-in-class living experience across a choice of two and three bedroom townhouses, four bedroom semi-detached homes and five bedroom signature villas. The development will expand over 5,000,000sqft of land area carefully planned to ensure a balance between living areas and community facilities.
"Nasma Residences is our value-added proposition to consumers demanding higher living standards combining product quality and affordability. We are confident that the project will be well-received by families and investors who are seeking ergonomically-designed homes in a strategically-located and emerging destination," Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of ARADA, said.
Nasma Residences offers a superior location in the heart of new Sharjah. It is located at the intersection of Emirates Road Highway #611 and Maliha Road, adjacent to the newly developing Tilal City, Tilal Mall and the new state-of-the-art Sharjah Convention Centre. It is also just 10 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University City.
Nasma Residences will be known as the hallmark of intelligent design guaranteeing a private living space yet an engaging neighborhood with over 50 per cent of the masterplan dedicated to community facilities. With homes ranging in size from 1,500sqft to 3,500sqft, complemented by generous plots, there is an offering to suit every prospective homeowner. With homes starting at Dh995,000, it offers an attractive opportunity for investors who want to buy in a lively new urban destination.
