It was a dream come true for Katy Harris, a fan of Taylor Swift, to marry outside a spot where her idol was performing.
Harris married Chris Eisenmann in the parking lot of Swift’s concert at Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia.
The new bride documented her wedding on her Instagram feed on Friday, including sharing how the unique nuptials came to be, reports nydailynews.com.
“As I was making our homemade outfits for Taylor (as I have done every two years when she comes to town), (I made) a joke about wearing my gown to the concert,” Harris wrote.
“(This) turned into us driving to Philly to get a marriage license and planning a ceremony outside of Lincoln Financial Field right before walking into the concert in our tux and gown,” she added.
The newlyweds received the best wedding gift possible when they had the opportunity to meet the pop star backstage. “Last night was a dream sequence,” Harris captioned a photograph, in which she is seen being hugged by Swift, while her groom is seen standing nearby. IANS
