Bite into the juiciest, crunchiest European apples right here in Dubai.

An apple may keep the doctor away, but apples from Europe are sure to have everyone rushing back for a bite. The Association of Polish Fruit and Vegetable Distributors "Fruit Union" is running a special campaign where residents in Dubai can experience the freshest, juiciest and crunchiest of European apples without having to catch a flight.

Starting January 31, popular shopping malls in the city - namely, City Centre Mirdif, City Centre Deira, City Centre Me'aisem and City Centre Al Barsha, will host a two-week long promotion, called "The strength of taste, vitamins and colours - learn the quality of apples from Europe", complete with exciting activities for all ages. Here, visitors can discover varieties of the fruit flown in from Europe, with a chance to taste the sweetness in person.

To further ensure health and safety of all visitors, the apples will be distributed whole in cardboard packaging.

  

   

The Fruit Union, which is currently managing the European apple campaign project, is currently the largest association in Poland acting to support domestic producers and distributors of fruit and vegetables. Its activity is based on the social commitment of the members of its organisation, constantly taking actions to improve the conditions in export. By organising tastings in popular shopping centres, it hopes to familiarise residents with the taste of European apples, their common culinary use and encourage them to take advantage of its offer.
